Moderated by Victorian Aboriginal News editor Charles Pakana, hear from constitutional expert Professor Cheryl Sanders of Melbourne University and reconciliation expert Professor Andrew Gunstone of Federation University alongside other local experts, on how referendums work and what a Voice to Parliament might mean in Australia.
